Due to new EU rules on packaging and packaging waste (PPWR), cross-border parcel shipping has become disproportionately expensive and administratively demanding for our small business. Until this changes, we are unfortunately unable to accept your order.

The aim of the regulation is less packaging waste. In practice, however, extra obligations apply in every country we ship to:

• in each destination country we need a registration and an authorised representative for packaging, which — on top of the extra administration — means hundreds to several thousand euros in annual costs per country
• for a small business, these costs quickly exceed the value of the shipments
• there is still no single European system of “register once, valid everywhere”

That is why we are pausing sales for now. This is not due to a lack of products.
