The seller will deliver the purchased products to the customer (buyer) within the agreed time, usually within 3 – 7 working days. Contractual partners for the delivery of packages are specified at the end of the purchase process. The trader reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this would make the delivery more efficient.
In case of visible damage to the packaging of goods, the customer (buyer) complaint must be given to the provider of the delivery service upon receiving the goods. The buyer of such goods is not obliged to accept and can refuse the shipment. If the package is physically damaged, lacking any goods or shows signs of being opened beforehand, the customer (buyer) needs to initiate the complaint procedure with the delivery service.
After handing over the package to the delivery service, the customer receives a notification to the e-mail entered when ordering. The notification contains a link to track the package.
On the day of delivery it is possible to see the approximate time period when the courier is supposed to arrive at the address, direct changes related to delivery are possible. The customer receives an automatic SMS notification from the delivery service to the mobile phone number entered when ordering, indicating the expected delivery time.
If delivery is not possible due to absence, the courier leaves a notice and the customer can contact the delivery service to agree on a repeated delivery date. Otherwise, the package is returned after 5 working days.
A one-time retry of delivery is included in the delivery price of the order.
